Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to Hello@sharkapaloozafl.com.

Vendor Fees Are Non-Refundable:
All vendor fees are final and non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation. By applying and submitting payment, vendors acknowledge and accept this policy.

Multiple Cancellations:
If you cancel two or more times within a calendar year, you may be disqualified from participating in future Sharkapalooza events.

Vendor Insurance:
Vendors are required to carry a minimum of $1 million liability insurance naming Design Pod LLC as additionally insured. Proof of coverage (Certificate of Insurance) must be submitted no later than 30 days before the event. Vendors are also encouraged to consider event cancellation insurance to protect their investment in the case of unforeseen circumstances.

Event Cancellation Policy
Sharkapalooza is a rain-or-shine event.
The only exception to this is in the event of severe weather or unsafe conditions, in which case the Sharkapalooza Committee, in conjunction with city, state, or local officials, reserves the right to cancel the event for public safety.

If the event is officially canceled prior to opening, vendors will be notified by email and may be offered credit toward a future Sharkapalooza event.

No refunds or credits will be issued if the event is impacted by inclement weather or natural conditions once the event has begun.
